The gumline on the front centrals was also uneven and the color/shade of the teeth are not uniform. After: The patient received six porcelain crowns for the upper anterior teeth that better match the patient's smile.

Before: Patient presented with a 3 unit bridge with chipped porcelain on the molar (noticeable by supporting metal showing on molar tooth). Patient had concerns regarding the color match of the bridge to the patient's natural teeth. After: The 3-unit metal/porcelain bridge was replaced with an all porcelain 3-unit bridge. The new bridge matches the patient's natural tooth color and was designed to properly fit around the gumline. Proper fit aids in decreasing decay and enhances the ease of the patient's ability to clean around a bridge.
